Young African Torch Bearers Association (YATBA) develops leadership, civic engagement and environmental stewardship among Africa's youth. We deliver mentorship, training, and projects that equip young people to lead with integrity and innovation.

Green Champions

Environmental conservation and climate action projects including tree planting, clean-ups, and sustainability education campaigns across Kenya.

Civic Leadership Forum

Workshops and forums that educate youth on governance, the constitution, policy advocacy, and meaningful participation in public affairs.

Digital Skills Bootcamp

Hands-on training in digital literacy, coding, graphic design, and social media management to equip youth for the modern economy.

Chairperson

Provides strategic direction, oversees governance, and represents YATBA at national and international forums.

Programs Director

Designs and manages all YATBA programs, partnerships, and community engagement activities across the country.

Advocacy Lead

Champions policy advocacy, civic education, and youth rights at county and national government levels.

Volunteer Coordinator

Manages volunteer recruitment, community service events, and member engagement across all 47 counties.

Finance & Operations

Oversees financial management, fundraising, donor relations, and operational efficiency of the organization.

Communications Lead

Handles branding, social media, public relations, and storytelling to amplify YATBA's impact and reach.
